The food was awesome and delivered in under 15 minutes. The delivery guy was kind and friendly. Plus, the portions and crab sticks were great for this price! Oh, and they give you free rice and other things for ordering a certain amount!
Always delivered under 20 minutes, affordable and delicious! Sometimes depending on the dish broccoli can be undercooked, but when requesting instructions ahead of time they're accommodating :-) love this place
I’ve tasted food from this restaurant for the first time thru a friend who BOUGHT ME my own order. I had ordered sesame chicken with the pork fried rice that time and it was amazing. I really am not gonna go in but the food was great. However I decided to order today. A few things. Now I’m not going to list what I ordered this time because that wasn’t what made me write this review. Upon the delivery of my order I got the call as normal to come down and pick my food up. I told him I need a minute and I’m coming downstairs. As I’m drying off and putting on my shirt. He called me again. This wasn’t no later than two minutes. I answered and restated that I needed a minute cause I was getting dressed. He just yelled at me to come downstairs. I’m now rushing from feeling frustrated and now I was waiting for the elevator and at this point it’s no more than another two minutes after that call of feeling disrespected. I told him I’m waiting for the elevator. He is now repeating for me to “come down, come down.” Now I’m on the elevator and heading down. As I come of he is coming off impatient and disgusting with absolutely disrespect. Now I always do my math when I’m paying for thing and always giving myself a limit which means that I’m not unaware of what my total is including his tip. My order was correct and I that included with having his tip at hand. At full range my order was 25.75 so I held thrifty with me
To give him. He took the money and immediately demanded a tip and said my total was 30 alone. Now I honestly could have been irrational and hostile and I desired to be erratic as his behavior presented. But yet I watched him throw my food on the counter and somehow held my computer and distance with him. I just stared him at this point and watched him walk away with soo much loss. I ,however, told him the correct math I did, plus what i included to be his tip which he listened and now I pulled out my other 20 to break it to know give him close to ten dollars of a tip in total. So I got back 15 which is what I had to keep
Repeating cause he seemed to want to ask me, “you get $15” which he understood and yet now was appearing very unsatisfied after his attitude and behavior.
Overall, I would suggest everyone just go to the restaurant in person and order and go cause I wouldn’t want anyone to go thru that and my friend had to inform me that he presents himself like that all the time and is usually very nasty, even if the person is downstairs and waiting for him so he doesn’t have to go up. Anyways their food is amazing the service and behavior was not at all desired or expected.
Great place to satiate that hunger for Chinese takeout. Dumplings are fantastic! They even color the veggie dumplings green, so you know the difference. Quick service, and they take cash, card, or tap! Convenient location, and friendly staff.
Usually love this place. But this week we grabbed dinner with our coworkers and sadly there were roaches in the bag with our food. One living, 2 dead. We did take out and didn't want to go back, but if you don't want take-out roaches, try to avoid this spot.
This use to be 1 of my favorite Chinese restaurants till I found a big nasty hair in my food like 3 inches long❕️〰️ I will not eat here again❕️There's no excuse for that during a busy lunch hour. #JustNasty ➿️ #nasty ➰️
Amazing late night food. Had the best veggie dumplings in all of NYC. Perfectly doughy. Hot. Veggie selection on point. Had the lo mein as well and was also very yummy.
Food was decent, could have been better
